A vote of thanks for Megger. We just had our Mondeo Mk3 2000 petrol converted to dual fuel. 25 mile before the first tank of gas ran out the engine ECU light came on. My ELM327 (bought for a previous car) kept saying no connection. Checked the PCB inside it and performed Megger's mod - hey presto - instant connect.

Not all models came with bluetooth modules fitted.. The phone buttons on the radio can cause confusion. Easiest way to check is press either of the phone buttons. If the radio just goes to mute then unfortunately no BT. Mark M. If your car has voice control then it will have the microphone, the indicator stalk would have a button on the end if you have it. If you have VC then, in theory, you should just be able to change the BT/VC module that is hidden above the glovebox, then use Forscan to change the config to enable BT.
